PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rotary buried pile capable of being easily manufactured and vertically buried without deformation of a blade at a high penetration speed while hardly generating discharged earth, thus having high adhesion with the circumferential ground, and significantly improved in supporting force with an increased frictional force, and a molding device therefor. SOLUTION: This method comprises pressing a steel pipe 2 from the tip side circumference to the center by the pressing plates 14 of the molding device 13 having three pressing plates 14 radially mounted at 120 deg. intervals to form obliquely depressed valley parts 9 on the surface of the steel pipe, and radially protrusively providing three blades 10 blocked on the tip side and successively circumferentially swollen on the rear side between the valley parts 9.
