PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel carbamate derivative useful as a medicine which shows anticoagulant activity by inhibiting the activated blood coagulation factor X. SOLUTION: The carbamate derivative is represented by formula (I) [wherein R1 is a group represented by formula (II) (wherein Y1 is CH=CH or the like) which may be substituted; ring A is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring which is substituted with oxo group and may be substituted further; R2 is hydrogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl which may be substituted or the like; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl which may be substituted or the like; and Z is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group or the like], and includes its salt.
