METHOD OF VISUALLY MANAGING ELECTRONIC MAIL ADDRESS, AND ACCESSING METHOD THERETO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually manage an address of an electronic mail to be understood easily visually. SOLUTION: A database is constructed to manage an mail address of the electronic mail visually and hierarchically by combining the address of the electronic mail and a photograph or a portrait of a person having the address, and a method for referring to the database is provided. The address searched conventionally from a character sequence is selected thereby from an image such as the photograph or the portrait to facilitate the searching for anyone. The address databases are allowed to be prepared plurally so as to be used properly for respective uses.
