PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person specifying system which enables specifying of a person on the basis of an ordinary dialog or history information of operations performed between the system and the person. SOLUTION: A dialog control means 108 records speech time and an answer phrase from the person on a dialog table 110A for each person when speech is performed from the system. An inquiry table 110D defines the speech time stored in the dialog table 110A and an inquiry for inquiring the answer phrase. The dialog control means 108 outputs an inquiry stored in the inquiry table 110D to a speech output part by using a speech synthesis means 105, converts a reply from the person for the inquiry by using a speech recognition means 104, and scores persons registered on the dialog table 110A by comparing the conversion result with the speech time and the answer phrase stored in the dialog table 110A. A person having the most high total score is specified among the registered persons. |
