PYROLIGNEOUS LIQUID USED FOR STERILIZATION OF VIBRIO VULNIFICUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pyroligneous liquid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to utilize the pyroligneous liquid manufactured through a series of refinement process to sterilize vibrio vulnificus contained in fish and shellfish. CONSTITUTION: An undiluted or diluted solution of the pyroligneous liquid capable of sterilizing vibrio vulnificus is directly sprayed to fish and shellfish, or to sterilize a knife and a chopping board. The manufacturing method of the pyroligneous liquid is comprised of steps of; extracting a basic pyroligneous liquid as a middle layer among three layers produced by stationing certain pyroligneous liquid collected from charcoal smoke more than six months; dehydrating the basic pyroligneous liquid; obtaining a smog perfume pyroligneous liquid by removing tar; and obtaining refined colorless pyroligneous liquid.
