PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate oligomer flame retardant having improved dripping-fire resistance, and a resin composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate oligomer is characterized in that the oligomer is a polycarbonate derived from a compound having a fluorene structure (A), a compound having a siloxane structure (B) and a bisphenol-based compound (C) by the amount of 10-80 wt.%, 10-80 wt.% and 1-80 wt.%, respectively, based on 100 wt.% of the total amount of the (A), (B) and (C) and having the limit viscosity of 0.1 dl/g or more and less than 0.2 dl/g, and the resin composition and the polycarbonate oligomer flame retardant contain this oligomer. |
