<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that when a fluid is passed through a complicated piping, the expansion or shrinkage, vibration, temperature and deformation of the piping, and the pressure, impact strength, etc., which the piping receives, vary delicately with the fluid; particularly in the pipe bending part in which the flow path of the fluid is changed, a thermal stress is generated by the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls thereof due to the influence of outdoor temperature to result in cracking of the pipe; further, the expansion or shrinkage of the piping is always generated by the difference between temperatures of the fluid and outside air to deteriorate the piping; and as a result, a trace of crack causes a serious cracking. SOLUTION: The periphery of the pipe bending part 1 is sectioned 2 on a grid, and a temperature sensor and a heat ray plate 3 or electromagnetic plate are arranged on each section. The temperature change in each section is detected by the sensor, or a reference needle to be a measurement standard is provided on each section to detect the change of distance between the reference needles. By always monitoring the temperature of each section in the bending part 1 to control an electric current, the temperature of the whole bending part can be kept constant.</p> |
