PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizing apparatus for a polyamide resin without generating any deposit on an inner wall of piping connecting an exhausting part to a condenser. SOLUTION: The polymerizing apparatus for the polyamide resin has a reactor 21, the exhausting part 25, the condenser 30, piping 34 connecting the exhausting part 25 to the condenser 30, and a heating means 36 arranged in a peripheral piping 34. The piping 34 has an inclining part 35 where is inclined from the exhausting part toward the condenser 30, wherein the average surface- roughness, specified in JIS B0601, of ten points on the inner surface of the inclining part 35 is 12.5μm or below.
