PROGRAM RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program receiver by which a nation-wide uniform program and a local program easily co-exist without instantaneously widening the band and without requiring a storage device to store advertisement information. SOLUTION: The receiver comprises a satellite digital broadcast receiving part 11 for receiving satellite digital broadcast program data, a ground wave digital broadcast receiving part 12 for receiving round wave digital broadcast program data, a reception control part 13 for permitting the receiving part 11 or 12 to receive program data and a program channel selection data extracting part 14 for extracting the channel selection data when channel selection data for receiving program data to be received by one is attached to program data which is received by the other. The reception control part 13 comprises a changeover control part 16 for performing control to receive program data which is specified by channel selection data.
