PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation method for a refrigerating open-showcase covered with a night cover, in which energy saving, the original object for covering the open showcase with a night-cover is made effective, in which three-layer air-curtain of a freeze air-curtain, a cold air-curtain, and a guard air-curtain are formed on the opening of the open case. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating open showcase, a night-cover 22 is provided, which can be drawn freely over the guard air-curtain 19 in the outside of the showcase. During the time when the night-cover 22 is drawn, driving of a fan 16 for blowing out guard-air to the opening 2 is stopped. |
