PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isocyanurate-modified rigid polyurethane foam which uses a polyester polyol obtained by the esterification of a phthalic acid and/or a derivative thereof as a polyol component, the rigid polyurethane foam having reduced amount of a hydrofluorocarbon(HFC) by combining a water, in which the storage stability of a formulated liquid is increased by controlling the hydrolysis of the polyester polyol. SOLUTION: The rigid polyurethane foam is obtained by mixing a polyisocyanate component, the polyol component containing the polyester polyol compound obtained by the esterification of the phthalic acid and/or its derivative, a foaming agent, a catalyst and other auxiliary to foam them. A carbon dioxide obtained by reacting the polyisocyanate component with a water is used as the foaming agent and an imidazole compound is used as the catalyst. |
