PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid fuel combustion equipment that can reduce odors when the equipment is ignited and extinguished and is improved in ignitability. SOLUTION: The structure of this liquid fuel combustion equipment is simplified by constituting the combustion equipment so that a fuel tank 12 may be connected to a fuel feeding route A reaching a combustion section 25 and may feed fuel to the section 25 when the tank 12 is loaded in the main body of the combustion equipment and utilizing most of the fuel feeding route A as a returning route through which an unburnt gas in a vaporizing section is returned to a fuel tank 12. After an electromagnetic pump 14 is stopped, the odors are reduced by returning the unburnt gas to the tank 12 by lowering the discharge-side pressure of the pump 14 by forcibly opening the discharge valve 126 of the pump 14 for a prescribed period of time.
