PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping support device for simply and accurately performing piping disposed under a floor through the floor. SOLUTION: This piping support device is provided with a first member (11) for standing the piping (10) disposed under the floor in a horizontal direction, and a nearly cylindrical second member (12) for holding, in a nearly upright state, the piping (10) which is stood by the first member (11) and is inserted thereinto. The first member (11) is provided with a roughly cylindrical main part (15) disposed along a vertical direction to insert the lower end of the second member (12) thereinto, and a nearly cylindrical branch part (16) branched from the main part (15) to insert the piping (10).
