PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assimilate the color of a drain pipe 5 to the surface color of a bridge pier without adding any pigment and to improve the durability against weather and fire, as well as to improve the adhesion of mortal and coating material in the case that the drain pipe 5 that is built onto the bridge pier 2 is molded with glass fiber reinforced plastic. SOLUTION: Concrete aggregate is adhered to the surface of a drain pipe 5 in a way that a part of each aggregate is buried at the prior stage before the material of the drain pipe hardens and hereby the exposed outer surface of the drain pipe is covered with concrete aggregate.
