STABILIZATION METHOD FOR TRACK BANKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of an existing track banking due to penetration of rainwater. SOLUTION: This stabilization method for track banking comprises by injecting an aqueous waterproof agent 6 such as rubber asphalt emulsion into ballasts 3 arranged on the top end 2a of a track banking 2, extending the waterproof agent 6 to the top end 2a of the banking 2 through the ballasts 3 by the permeability thereof, further penetrating and dispersing the waterproof agent 6 to the lower part of the top end 2a of the banking 2, and coagulating it to form a water immersion suppressing layer 12 between the top end 2a of the banking 2 and the lower part of the top end 2a of the banking 2.
