PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible terminal suitable for wiring inside an engine room of an automobile used under harsh conditions, excellent in corrosion resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: With the flexible terminal, with both ends of a conductive part 2 being formed by braiding or bunch-stranding a number of conductive wire rods 1 fixed at a terminal part 3, the conductive part 2 is made of braided wires or bunch-stranded wires of Ni wire rods and the terminal part 3 is a flexible terminal made of SUS material. Both the Ni wire rods for the conductive part 2 and the SUS material for the terminal part 3 are superior in corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and moreover, free of damages due to peeling off of a plated layer which they do not possess, and that they have little fear of electric corrosion, since they have similar ionization tendency. Therefore, they are suitable for wiring inside an engine room of an automobile used under severe conditions. |
