PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve by which a uniform flow characteristic can be obtained. SOLUTION: This flow control valve has a pressure outflow port 125 for allowing a compressed air to flow out outside, an armature (driving shaft) 129 on which a packing 130 made possible to press contact the pressure outflow port 125 is attached, a damper (elastic member) 127 for holding the armature 129 so as to be movable only to its axial direction, and a shaft movement means for moving the armature 129 to the direction which closes the pressure outflow port with the packing 130 by an electromagnetic force. Further, there is provided a shaft adjustment means (a female screw 135b and a pivot screw 151) for determining the clearance between the packing 130 and the port 125 at the time when the damper 127 is in a natural state by pushing the armature 129 in its axial direction. |
