PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device, an optical disk device, and a method of reproducing an optical disk that enable cost reduction, miniaturization and improvement in reproducing speed. SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device that receives reflected light by radiating a light beam to an optical recording medium; an optical lens array OLA is used in which a plurality of projections are formed having a substrate made of an optical material and having a projected curved surface integrated with the substrate and provided with a function of an optical lens; and then, outgoing light from a light emitting part LD is converged and radiated onto the optical recording medium as a plurality of emitted light spots (L1, L2), each reflected light (L1, L2) in these spots is simultaneously received by a light receiving part PD1. Also, the optical disk device is mounted with this optical pickup device, which is used for the purpose of simultaneously reproducing data recorded in a plurality of places of the optical disk. |
