PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user of information terminal equipment authenticated and specified all the time during use, and to make a charge corresponding to a using condition imposed to the user. SOLUTION: This system has the information terminal equipment 1 having an information input means 12, and human body side communication equipment 2 having a characteristic information storage means 24 for storing characteristic information of the user 3 and information communication means 21, 22 for conducting data communication of the characteristic information with respect to external equipment via a body of the user 3. A conductive member 121 is provided in the information input means 12, and the characteristic information is communicated between the information terminal equipment 1 and the human body side communication equipment 2 via the conductive member 121, when the user 3 contacts with the information input means 12.
