PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility and a method for assembling and conveying a segment ring for the use in repair of the inner face of an existing pipe conduit in which a strength required or more than that can be secured even when adapted to the existing pipe conduit having a large bore diameter, application quality can also be secured, the application is easy even when a manhole communicating with the pipe conduit is narrow and further, its good applicability enables to apply while flowing sewage therethrough. SOLUTION: A device 6 for assembling and conveying the segment ring for the use in repair of the inner face of the existing pipe conduit is composed of a ring plate 7 on which the side of a segment piece abuts and a rack 6a which is rotatably combined with the ring plate 7 and supports the segment ring from the inside.
