METHOD FOR PREVENTING REDUCTION OF SALES AMOUNT OF PHONOGRAPH RECORDS BY WAY OF DIGITAL MUSIC FILE UNLAWFULLY CIRCULATED THROUGH COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for preventing reduction of sales amount of phonograph records by way of digital music file unlawfully circulated through the communication network is provided to restrain the share and the use of an illegally copied digital music file by applying a security technology restraining an illegal use to the digital music file circulated on the network, and sharing and distributing it through the network. CONSTITUTION: The illegally copied digital music file related to a cooperated record company is collected by searching the network(S30). The collected illegally copied digital music file is encrypted by a constant key(S40). The encrypted digital music file is distributed again on the network(S50). The collection and the distribution of the digital music file are performed by using a popularly used digital music sharing program and server.
