When the mobile 100 is folded and has a form in such a way that a moving picture communication may be made, the transmission output limit is set to a transmission output limit Pm (>Pv) for the communication of a moving picture. When the mobile 100 is folded or brought into the original state (unfolded state), the section 108 recognizes the state through a form change detecting section 112. |
