PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve economic effects of private power generation by a method of consigning privately-generated and supplied power, capable of consigning privately generated and supplied power to a plurality of facilities 30 which is provided with private power-generating equipment 31, in response to the stops of the private power- generating equipment 31. SOLUTION: In the power-generating facility 1 provided with standby generating equipment 2 which are commonly included in the plurality of facilities 30, the generation capability and the number of standby generation equipment 2 are determined, based on the generating capability and stopping frequency of the private power- generating equipment 31, and period share per unit period when the standby generating equipment 2 of the respective facilities 30 are available, is determined, based on the holding share of the standby generating equipment 2 of the respective facilities 30. When a stop of any of the private power-generating equipment 31 of the plurality of facilities 30 is recognized, the period share of the facilities 30 where the private power-generating facilities 31 stop, is consumed to operate the standby generating facilities 2. It is thus possible to generate privately generated and supplied power to be consigned to the facilities 30, which has the private power-generating equipment 31 stopped. |
