PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder for thermal spraying which gives the thermal spray coating extremely high impact resistance, superior corrosion resistance and wear resistance under a wet environment, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The powder for thermal spraying used in film forming comprises cermet powder of 80-97% and metal powder of 3-20% against the total weight. The above metal powder comprises a total amount of Cr and Ni of 90% or more against the whole weight of the metal powder, and the Cr content of 0-55% against the whole weight of the metal powder. The manufacturing method includes manufacturing the powder. |
