PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials for a vibration proof floor comprising a wall side joist placed on a floor base adjoining a wall, a cushioning material placed on the floor base adjoining the wall side joist, a surface material applied with an adhesive to cover both the wall side joist and the cushioning material, in which creaking sound is not generated that is generally caused by the surface material and the cushioning material repeatedly adhering and separating to and from each other. SOLUTION: A structure for constructing a floor includes a wall side joist 2 placed on a floor base 6 and against a wall 7, a cushioning material 3 laid on the floor base 6 and against the inner side of the wall side joist 2, and a surface material 1 applied to cover both the wall side joist 2 and the cushioning material 3, in which the joint surface between the floor joint 2 and the cushioning material 3 inclines so that the cushioning material lays over the wall side joist 2.
