SOLUTION: A main road 3 and a cul-de-sac type road 2 are constituted in a street 1, and the entrance 24 to the main road 3 of the road 2 is arranged alternately on both sides of the main road 3. The woonerf 13 is arranged on the opposite side of the entrance 24.
