PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a gate valve case capable of making its installation place clear during construction work and facilitating finish construction work when performing building construction work. SOLUTION: In the gate valve case 1 consisting of a lid plate 2, a lid plate receiving frame 3, a cylinder 4, and a protection frame 5, the cylinder 4 is constituted such that a synthetic resin-made pipe which is a commercially available specified product can be used and an outside diameter of the protection frame 5 is made coincide with an outside diameter of the cylinder 4 to join them.
