PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, compact and maintenance-free sound insulator. SOLUTION: A resonator device 13 is provided at the tip of a sound insulating wall material 12. The resonator device 13 constitutes a plurality of helmholtz resonators, which have different resonance frequencies. The resonating device 13 comprises an outer frame 16 and first partitioning plates 18-24 and second partitioning plate 25-30 arranged therein, which partition the inner part of the resonator device 13 to constitute the resonators.
