PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly display a presentation data even in equipment for an auditor different in display capacity from equipment for a presenter. SOLUTION: This electronic conference room system is constituted of the equipment 100 for the presenter, the equipment 200 for the auditor, and a network 300 for connecting the equipment 100 for the presenter to the equipment 200 for the auditor. The equipment 100 for the presenter prepares the presentation data displayed on the equipment 200 for the auditor, to be transmitted to the equipment 200 for the auditor. The presentation data is correctly displayed thereby even in the equipment 200 for the auditor different in the display capacity from the equipment 100 for the presenter. |
