PURPOSE: A fire suppressing and fighting spring cooler and a fire extinguisher are provided in which a pressure tank is not needed except a pump and a motor by adhering individual water tanks to the body of the spring cooler and the fire extinguisher so that water is pressurized and discharged by the water tanks themselves. CONSTITUTION: The fire suppressing and fighting spring cooler and the fire extinguisher are characterized in that a water pocket tube(2) made of flexible urethane or synthetic resin synthesized rubber is formed inside a case(water tank) of a spring cooler body(1) or a fire extinguisher body(1), an injection port hose and a discharging port hose(3) are formed on the body of the spring cooler, a protection net(4) is covered on the outer surface of the water pocket tube(2) to prevent sagging of the water pocket tube(2), a wire cord(6) is strongly fixed to one end of the surface of a left pressure cohesion plate(5) formed of an aluminum plate on the surface of the water pocket tube(2), the other end of the wire cord(6) is rotationally pulled up onto the central surface of a sheave roller(7) adhered onto the surface of a right pressure cohesion plate(5) and inserted into a hole of a wire slip and separation preventing projection(9) so that the end of the wire cord(6) solidly connected to a spring(8), the injection port hose and the discharging port hose(3) are exposedly projected from the outer surface of the spring cooler body(1), a spring cooler head is connected to the end part of the discharging port hose(3), the discharging port hose(3) is only externally exposedly projected on the outer surface of the fire extinguisher body(1) so that a valve used during fire suppression is attached to the projected part, a nozzle is connected to the discharging port hose(3), a handle is adhered onto the fire extinguisher body(1) having a large volume, wheels are adhered onto the lower part of the fire extinguisher body(1), and a fire extinguisher valve and two or more nozzles are respectively attached to the end of the discharging port hose(3).
