PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel which reduces embossment of darkness level of dark display by a reflection on the touch panel of light incident from the front side and obtains a satisfactory contrast. SOLUTION: A touch panel 14 is arranged between a liquid crystal element 11 and a polarizing plate 12 arranged in front of the liquid crystal element 11.
