<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solar battery having a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers laminated so that the conversion layers are electrically connected in series with each other to improve a conversion efficiency by balancing output currents of the respective conversion layers. SOLUTION: The laminated solar battery comprises an intermediate layer 4 made of a transparent conductive film provided between photoelectric conversion layers 3 and 5. A light transmittance of a single layer 4 is in a range of 80 to 95% in a range of 700 to 1,100 nm of a wavelength.</p> |
