PURPOSE: A method and a device for servicing a self-examination system utilizing the Internet and a mobile communication are provided to protect a life of a driver by preventing a traffic accident through an Internet self-diagnosis and informing an urgent emergency and a position to a rescue institution using a mobile communication device through the Internet automatically. CONSTITUTION: A database constructs information of a user and an institution(insurance company, maintenance company, vehicle related company, etc.) who/which applies a joining process to a homepage. A database is provided for constructing vehicle information of a self-driver who uses a mobile communication. An Internet self-examination service is used by a self-driver having a mobile communication device. Vehicle data to be examined are transmitted to a self-examination system through the mobile communication device. The transmitted data are analyzed, decided, and stored and retransmitted to the mobile communication device. The retransmitted data are utilized.
