<p>A rotary joint (A), having an electric signal slip spring (31) for transferring a plurality of different electric signals between a fixed element (1) and a rotation element (6), is provided, for the purpose of enabling the slip string (31) to constantly transmit electric signals, with fixed-side electrode laminates (38a, 38b) formed by disposing in layers pairs of axially adjoining electrodes (36b-36e) out of six ring-platy fixed-side electrodes (36a-36f) disposed coaxially with the axis of the fixed element (1) and axially arranged, and with rotation-side electrode laminates (42a-42c) formed by disposing in layers pairs of axially adjoining electrodes (40a-40f) out of six ring-platy rotation-side electrodes (40a-40f) disposed coaxially with the axis of the rotation element (6) and axially arranged, wherein a plurality of ball elements (44) for transferring electric signals between both electrodes by being rolled are provided between the fixed-side electrodes (36a, 36b) at the ends and the electrodes of the rotation-side electrode laminates (42a, 42c) axially facing the former electrodes, and between the both electrodes of axially adjoining fixed-side and rotation-side electrode laminates.</p> |
