The housing (11) contains a cross link (20) running on a central axis. The cross link has two coaxial short bearing journals (21a) across which is positioned a long bearing journal (22). The radially inner ends of the short bearing journals are each positioned in one of two diametrically opposite cavities in the outer periphery of the long bearing journal. At least one bevel wheel (17,18,19) is positioned on each short bearing journal and half of the long bearing journal. The cross-section of the short bearing journal in the contact part with the long bearing journal is circular.
