<p>Roof-insulating element (D) for insulating the rafter region (2) extends between parallel rafters. Dwarf rafters (2', 2'') are integrated in each edge region of the insulating element to produce a gap (4). A groove (7) extending in the longitudinal direction of the rafter is molded in the dwarf rafters. A foamed material strip (S) is attached in the groove and expanded in the direction of the opposite-lying dwarf rafter. Independent claims are also included for a method for sealing roof-insulating elements, for a T-shaped gap profile cover (13), and for a pre-compressed roll of foamed material strip. Preferred Features: The foamed material strip is attached in the groove using a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (8).</p> |
