PURPOSE: A device for controlling vehicle stability in turning is provided to secure steering stability while maintaining maximum acceleration in turning. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling vehicle stability in turning includes wheel speed sensors(S1¯S4) to detect each wheel speed of driving wheel and non-driving wheels; a throttle actuator having a main throttle valve(2) controlled by an accelerator pedal(1) operation by a driver and a sub-throttle valve(3) controlled by drive of a motor; and a control unit. The control unit calculates lateral acceleration of the non-driving wheels and driving wheels according to the detected wheel speed, controls the motor, to increase the closing angle of the sub-throttle valve if difference between the lateral acceleration of the non-driving wheels and the lateral acceleration of the driving wheels is greater than the predetermined reference lateral acceleration difference, and controls the motor, to increase the opening angle of the sub throttle valve if difference between the lateral acceleration of the non-driving wheels and the lateral acceleration of the driving wheels is smaller than the predetermined reference lateral acceleration difference.
