PURPOSE: A disk brake is provided to extend the life span of a pad by reducing uneven wear of the pad with decreasing the load concentrated on the disk of a carrier in braking, and to prevent deformation of the carrier by connecting a guide rod to a housing and penetrating the carrier. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake is composed of a housing(120) having a cylinder for moving a piston(126) back and forth; a carrier(130) having sliding holes at both sides, and pads(132a,132b) changing the space in moving the piston back and forth; and a guide rod(140) combined with the housing by penetrating the sliding hole to slide the housing to the carrier. Load concentrated on the disk is reduced with integrally penetrating the carrier by the guide rod, and the life span of the pad is extended with reducing the uneven wear.
