The invention relates to a composition comprising (A) at least one crystalline polycaprolactone (PCL) or a mixture of such polycaprolactones, and (B) at least one wax or resin with a melting point ranging from 50 DEG C to 180 DEG C, or a mixture of such waxes or resins, preferably cured castor wax with a melting point ranging from approximately 81 DEG C to 92 DEG C, the weight ratio of component (A) to component (B) ranging from approximately 05:95 to 95:05 and the composition optionally containing other additives. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive composition and to the processing thereof using a conventional device which is suitable for producing tubular films, for blow molding, deep-drawing, extrusion or coextrusion (rod, tube or film extrusion), compression molding, injection molding, doctoring, foaming, casting, spraying, spreading, lamination or immersion methods. |
