The invention relates to a therapeutic gymnastic device for the prevention of thrombosis and which can be used in passenger vehicles in general and, in particular, on aircraft. The inventive device comprises numerous metal parts which are fixed to the lower rear part of a seat (1) in a passenger vehicle and which are configured in the form of a transverse body (13). Straight vertical parts (3 and 3') are articulated to the ends (5 and 5') of the transverse body and are provided with curved pieces (7 and 7') that extend from the lower end of said straight parts (16 and 16'). The curved parts (4 and 4') are provided with a central groove, slit or channel (10) containing parts (7 and 7') which are also fixed to said ends (5 and 5') and which rest directly on the central surface at the end of the springs (11 and 11') which encircle the curved parts (4 and 4'). The upper ends of the curved parts (4) are supported by a transverse part (15) which is fixed to the ends (6 and 6') of said curved parts and which is also connected to the lower rear part of the seat (1).
