PURPOSE:To decrease number of externally mounted components at circuit integration by providing an adder adding an input signal and a signal being the integration of an output as a feedback input and composing the integration output and the output of the adder so as to make an equalizer output. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminal 1 is fed to a non- inverting input terminal 10a of the 1st adder means comprising a voltage/current converting circuit 1 and an output of the 1st adder means 10 is integrated by an integration capacitor 16 via the 1st multiplication circuit 11, passes through a coefficient circuit 14 and fed back to an inverting input terminal 10b of the adder means 10. The 2nd adder means comprising an operational amplifier 15 uses an integration output P2 as a non-inverting input and uses an output of the 2nd multiplier circuit 12 inputting an output of the 1st multiplication circuit 11 as an inverting input and outputs and equalizer output 2.
