A packaging bag (1) has at least two walls (2, 102) which are situated opposite one another. At least one of these walls (2, 102) is made of two lateral paper strips (3, 103) and a web (5, 105) of plastic film which is pasted by means of pasted seams (4) between the said lateral strips (3, 103) and bears a perforation (6). This packaging bag has, despite the disadvantages inherent in the web of plastic film, proved to be attractive and durable and to provide adequate ventilation, and its appearance and handleability give it selling appeal when used with baked bread articles. The ventilation of a packaging bag according to the invention is so good that the edges (R) and other regions (4, 104, 11, 12) of the web of plastic film (5, 105) can remain free of perforation. <IMAGE>
