PURPOSE: A pad restoring spring of a disk brake is provided to prevent wear and breakage, and to manufacture and assemble the pad spring conveniently by modifying the pad restoring spring. CONSTITUTION: A pad restoring spring of a disk brake includes first and second pad restoring springs returning pad plates(500,600) mounting pads(510,610) in releasing braking. Pad restoring springs are extended in upper parts of inner and outer pad plates with crossing each other. Wear of pads is prevented with spacing the pads from a disk(700) quickly by supporting inner and outer pad plates elastically with the pad restoring springs. The reliability is improved with manufacturing and assembling easily by making the pad restoring springs of extended wires.
