<p>A metal thin film (12) that reflects light of a specified wavelength is disposed on one surface of a radio-transparent substrate (10) via an intermediate film (11), and a protection film (14) covering the metal thin film (12) is provided. A scintillator (16) for converting radiation into light containing a wavelength capable of being reflected off the metal thin film (12) is deposited on the protection film (14) that prevents contact between the metal thin film (12) and the scintillator (16). The scintillator (16) is further covered with a moisture-proof insulating film (18).</p> |
