A technique for aiding a process to extract significant information from a color matrix existing in a hybridized array (1). In order to aid an analysis of an array in which probes are arranged two-dimensionally on a substrate and to which a target is hybridized, the color information of spots of the array is stored, and a color matrix (36) expressed by a matrix format of at least n (n is a natural number) columns, a color matrix (38) expressed by a matrix format of (n+k) (k is a natural number) columns and a color matrix (40) expressed by a matrix format of (n+2k) columns are displayed side by side from that information. The features which exist in the color matrices on the array but cannot be recognized can be made visible on a display (48), arranged parallel, and can be recognized.
|
