Alternatively, the communication service unit (1) reduces the transmission band of communication information, or the communication service unit (1) sends an instruction to communication terminals (3), sources of communication information transmission, to allow communication terminals (3) to reduce the transmission band of communication information, thereby reducing transmission route of communication information temporarily or constantly during communication and permitting transmission while keeping the initially-set transmission band of communication information.</p> |
