PURPOSE: Provided is a method for fabricating catalyst for use in acrolein and methacrolein manufacture by using small amount of water while maintaining catalyst efficiency and preventing slurry conglomeration. CONSTITUTION: The method for fabricating catalyst having chemical formula of MoaBibFecXdYeZfOg comprises the steps of (a) completely dissolving ammonium P-molybdate into water at 40°C, thereby making ammonium p-molybdate aqueous solution, and (b) lowering a temperature of the ammonium P-molybdate aqueous solution to 0-40°C while feeding cobalt, bismuth, nickel and ferric solution to the ammonium P-molybdate aqueous solution, thereby making a catalyst slurry, wherein X is at least one element selected from a group being consisted of Co and Ni, Y is at least one element selected from a group being consisted of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs or Ti, and Z is at least one element selected from a group being consisted of W, Be, Mg, S, Ca, Sr, Ba, Te, Se, Ce, Ge, Mn, Cr, Ag, Sb, Pb, As, B, P, Nb, Cu, Cd, Sn, Al, Zr, Ti and Si, and wherein a, b, c, d, e, f and g denote atom ratio (at%), and if a is 12, b, c, d, e and f are 0.1-20, 0.1-20, 0.52-20, 0.01-2 and 0-12, respectively, and g is the number of oxygen atom.
