PURPOSE:To improve the facility of loading on a vehicle, etc. and improve machinability and responsiveness by making a flow control valve and a relief valve cross with, while being adjacent to each other and miniaturizing the body size of a valve, while making the pressure compensating hole of said relief valve short and small. CONSTITUTION:A relief valve 20 and a flow control valve 30 are placed close to, and made cross with each other to miniaturize the whole valves, reducing vibration while improving durability. The pressure compensating hole 40 of the relief valve 20 can be also formed short and linearly. Four supporting parts 17 which are provided on a housing 1 for installing the housing 1 to an engine, are provided at an equal interval in the circumferential direction. By this structure, both of said valves 20 and 30 can be successfully placed in between the supporting parts 17, enabling the housing 1 to be simply installed to the engine side without the valves 20, 30 getting in the way, improving machinability and responsiveness.
