A rectangular-shaped refuse disposal paper bag (1) is provided with perforated holes (3) in its front (2), back (4) and two sides (5, 6) to enable air to be expelled during filling of the refuse disposal bag. The perforated holes are arranged in the refuse disposal bag in vertical lines and disposed unique therein and thereon to permit air to be expelled and still maintain most of the bag's original strength and rigidity.
