<p>Polyaminofunctional alkoxy polysiloxanes which exhibit antineoplastic activity are disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions including an effective amount of a polyaminofunctional alkoxy polysiloxane and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are also disclosed. The application also describes methods of suppressing the growth of neoplastic cells and treating neoplastic conditions.</p> |
